How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart.
Proceed to checkout.
Enter shipping details and select a delivery method.
Choose a payment method (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
Confirm your purchase.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email with all details.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Modifications (address, items): Contact us immediately at info@themjdshop.com or call +33 7 67 72 62 51. Changes are only possible before processing.
Cancellations: Request within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards.

We ship worldwide from Montpellier, France.
How much does shipping cost?
France (Domestic):
Orders under €50: €7
€50+: Free shipping
Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days
European Union (EU):
Orders under €75: €10
€75+: Free shipping
Estimated delivery: 15-20 business days
International (Outside EU):
Orders under €100: €15
€100+: Free shipping
Estimated delivery: 15-30 business days
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed in 2-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 48 hours for tracking updates.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays can happen due to high demand or postal issues. If your order hasn’t arrived 5 days after shipping confirmation, email us with your order number.
Do I pay customs fees for international orders?
Yes, any import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We don’t cover these fees.

What’s your return policy?
30-day return window from delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, personalized/custom-made products.
How do I return an item?
Email info@themjdshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
For damaged/defective items, include photos.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customer covers return costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect (we cover shipping).
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the return.
Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Follow the return process and request an exchange. You’ll cover return shipping unless the item is defective.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Order number
Photos of damage
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item.
