Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during times of high order volume or potential postal service delays, there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

- Orders €50 and up: Free shipping

European Union Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer shipping throught the European Union (EU). Shipping charges for your order may apply. These charges depend on factors such as the weight, size, and delivery location of the items in your order. However, we offer flat-rate shipping based on the total value of your order.
- Orders under €75: €10 shipping fee
- Orders €75 and up: Free shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 15-20 business days.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer select international shipping. Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive, depending on the destination country. Shipping charges for your order may apply. We offer flat-rate shipping based on the total value of your order.
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and The MJD Shop is not responsible for any additional costs incurred.

How to Check the Status of Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@themjdshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Order cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@themjdshop.com or call us at +33 7 67 72 62 51. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged goods

Change of address

Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
